1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our digital platform or hiring El Bakrey for custom web and mobile solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Specialized Services
We deliver end-to-end services including discovery workshops, tailored UI/UX design, custom web development, native/hybrid apps, integrations, and admin dashboards. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are always documented in a dedicated proposal/contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, brand assets, and approvals on time.
- Nominate a dedicated point of contact for feedback and sign-off.
- Ensure all supplied materials are licensed for use.
4. Project Process & Reviews
Projects follow phased delivery (discovery, design, development, QA, launch). Each phase includes a predefined number of review rounds; extra revisions are handled via formal change requests.
5. Payments & Fees
Milestone payments (deposit, phase payments, final handover) are agreed upfront. Work on any phase begins only after the related invoice is settled. Invoices are issued in USD unless specified otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all shared business or technical information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless we obtain written approval or are legally required to do so.
7. Intellectual Property
Usage rights for the final codebase and designs transfer to the client once full payment is received. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted.
8. Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support covers bug fixing, performance monitoring, and minor security updates for the period defined in the contract. Extended support or continuous development can be arranged via a separate retainer.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for robust and secure products, El Bakrey is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or misuse of the delivered solution.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms to reflect process improvements or regulatory requirements. Changes take effect once published, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
